Unlike other nasal decongestant sprays, Otrivin Complete contains 2 active ingredients, Xylometazoline hydrochloride and Ipratropium bromide. First, Xylometazoline unblocks your nose by reducing swelling of the mucosa. Secondly, it helps sinus drainage so mucus can be drained out, easing painful sinus pressure. How to Use
1. Clear your nose.
2. Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
